Join our 100 Taylor Arts Collective Family with a space in our cooperative Gallery 100 run by Crystal Derr.
This space is $300 per month
Gallery 100 provides 992sqft of street facing retail/services space with great natural light, high ceilings original hardwood floors, and exposed brick walls. Gallery 100 is located right at the entrance of the 100 Taylor St Arts Collective, and maintains a prime lobby location for a new anchor of the arts collective, with free access to our art markets and other events for our artists.
Within 1 block of The Optimist, Le Loup, Oku Sushi, and Bearded Iris, this represents a great opportunity at the heart of the Germantown riverfront development!
Tenant artist shall work the retail/check out at least 3 days a month.
If you can not fulfill this obligation you may choose to pay $120. Per day ($15.hr). To have an employee (of our choice) cover your shift.
Distinctive Nashville Rentals, 100 Taylor and Gallery 100 will not be liable for theft or damaged items. However, The tenant must maintain their own commercial insurance policy with liability coverage.
Sales will be run through the Gallery and there is a 4% credit card processing fee for card purchases but no additional charge or commission taken.
All tenants will receive a payout monthly from Gallery 100.
